Welcome to Biho Live. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Biho Live mobile application, websites, virtual economy, and interactive streaming services. By registering, accessing, or using Biho Live, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Biho Live. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements and will comply with all local, national, and international laws.

2. User Accounts & Security

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (phone number, OTP, passwords).
• You may not transfer, sell, or share your account with any other person or entity.
• Biho Live reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our community guidelines or security protocols.

3. Virtual Items, Diamonds & In-App Purchases

• Diamonds & Virtual Gifts: Diamonds and virtual items purchased or acquired within Biho Live are licensed virtual goods. They have no real-world monetary value outside our official exchange mechanisms.
• No Unauthorized Transfers: Virtual goods may only be exchanged or transferred through authorized Biho Live platform features, certified resellers, and agency channels.
• VIP & Entry Effects Packages: Subscriptions and package purchases are active for the specified validity period from the time of activation.

4. Live Broadcasting & Community Conduct

Biho Live provides an interactive community. When broadcasting, participating in audio/video rooms, or chatting, users must strictly adhere to the following rules:

• Prohibited Content: Strictly no nudity, sexually suggestive or pornographic content, hate speech, harassment, violence, gambling, or illegal activities.
• Respectful Interaction: Harassment, bullying, defamation, or impersonation of other broadcasters, viewers, or moderators is strictly forbidden.
• Moderation: Biho Live administrators and automated monitoring systems have full authority to terminate live rooms, revoke broadcaster status, or permanently block violating devices and user accounts.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, graphics, animations, sounds, user interfaces, and software related to Biho Live are the exclusive property of Biho Live. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service.

6. Termination & Limitation of Liability

We may suspend or terminate your access to Biho Live at any time without prior notice if you breach these Terms. Biho Live provides its services "as is" and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Biho Live following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
